Refund and Returns Policy

At Soldout Dallas, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our items, all sales are final. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Limited-edition or restocked items
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for review:
- Email us at info@soldoutdallas.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s), including the packaging.
- All tags must still be attached and the item must be unworn and unused.
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement item (if stock is available)
- A store credit for the item value (excluding shipping)
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
All shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is accepted due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in any other approved cases.
4. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal, the order will not be refunded. If the package is returned to us, we may issue store credit minus original shipping and handling costs.
5. Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and high demand, we do not offer exchanges for sizing or style preferences. Please refer to our sizing guides before placing your order.
6. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request if we suspect fraud, abuse of policy, or intent to resell.
